What is the hype about the Toto bidet? Well first of all if you are unfamiliar with what exactly a bidet is, let this article explain it in full. The first time I saw a bidet was when I was touring an Italian friends home for the first time. She took me through her bathroom and I saw this fabulous mechanism that looked somewhat like a toilet but then again not quite.
