Under eye wrinkles

Under eye wrinkles can mean different things for different people.  Some people view the presence of these wrinkles as a sign that they are aging and need to do everything they can to regain their youthfulness.  On the other hand, others feel that the wrinkles are a sign of wisdom, and don't mind wrinkles as long as they are aging gracefully.  How do you feel?  If you want to repair or prevent under eye wrinkles, there are plenty of creams and treatments you can get on the Internet that will do this for you.  If you don't care about where your wrinkles came from, or where they are going, then you are one of the few who are not so vain. Wrinkles are a culmination of several different things that we do or don't do, eating habits, and skin care being the most significant.

When it comes to your eating habits, your possible under eye wrinkles can be greatly affected. Free radicals cause cellular damage. You skin is a culmination of billions of cells. So you you desire to defeat wrinkles you must do everything possible to fight against these free radicals which can be triggered by diet and the environment. You've been told your entire life to eat your fruits and vegetables, and didn't listen. Perhaps because you didn't like them. Or perhaps because you figured that you had your entire life to start eating them and would start doing it one day. For most people with this attitude, they have found that by the time they realize they should start eating healthy foods, that its too late because the aging that has occur ed in irreversible. Yes indeed, if yo eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and water, then you will do a huge part in blowing these wrinkle causing free radicals out of your system. Preferably organic fruits and veggies or either home grown are the best, but if you cannot do this, then grocery store bought ones are fine too. You never realized that good eating could have an effect for better or for worse on under eye wrinkles did you? A great way to get your needed nutrition in is to do a 50/50 diet, meaning every time you eat, make 50% of the meal raw. Example, If you eat a piece of chicken, eat a salad with it as well. Fruit is best eaten on an empty stomach though because it has then tendency to ferment in your stomach if it mixes with other foods, but vegetables can be eaten with ANYTHING. Change up your diet, and you will be on your way to never having to introduce under eye wrinkles into your life. Also important is water. Did you know that not drinking your quota of water for the day is like smoking! Isn't that wild! Speaking of smoking is one of the environmental pollutants that causes wrinkles in our skin as well. Smoking and drinking will bring under eye wrinkles to your face quicker than you are prepared for. So slow down on those two things immediately. If you cannot quit cold turkey, then you EVERY thing you possibly can to get moisture into your system through water drinking, and eating fruits and vegetables. Another thing about eating habits and the effects they have on causing under eye wrinkles (and any other wrinkles for that matter) is that you have to be very very careful when it comes to any foods out side of fruits and vegetables. You see processed foods and anything white such as sugars, pastas, cakes, candies, donuts, etc.. are just as much a drug as smoking is. A diet in these items will literally invite you under eye wrinkles in to stay for life. So as  you can see eating has a ton to do with how your outer body looks.  Remember the statement "you are what you eat".  That is a fact!   

Moving on, the other half of deterring under eye wrinkles and the such is your skin care regimen.  Once again, your mother and every magazine on the shelf of the grocery store hasn't been telling you to wear your creams and sunscreen all these years to fill up space.  Yes, it is important to wash your face two times a day with a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type.  It is also just as important that you exfoliate your face at least once a week (avoid the eye area on this step though).  Exfoliating is like renewing, and the skin needs this.  The reason you don't want to exfoliate the skin around your eye is because it is super delicate and pulling on it, and using exfoliates would just be a irritant that worsens the coming of under eye wrinkles.  After this, some say you should apply toner or astringent to your skin depending on its type, but the most IMPORTANT thing that you do is applying a moisturizer.  Doing this is doing for your skin on the outside what eating well does for it on the inside.  On top of your moisturizer you want to apply a nice thick eye cream.  This is going to be your god send (speaking of outer methods) to deterring under eye wrinkles.  See the skin under your eyes is so delicate that it requires a thicker cream that not only moisturizes, but protects.  And then the last step would be to apply a sunscreen.  You can get oil free if you have oily skin.  Sunscreen is important, and should not be left out of your routine, as this is the cream that will ward of free radicals from the environment (sun, smoking, etc) that causes wrinkles.  At night time, be sure to follow the same process (but without the sunscreen).  Be especially sure to use the eye cream at night.  Using it morning and night, paired with your eating plan will ward off under eye wrinkles to the up most degree.  Ladies, there's to top secret as to how to maintain your youth, or age gracefully.  Its completely dependant upon how you eat, and how you maintain your self.  Ladies, no matter what you personal opinion, we are all flowers.  We need to water ourselves, rejuvenate ourselves, and fertilize our selves.  Start today, and you will feel great, and look great!

I used to take good care of my self. At my age, I usually used eye cream for eye wrinkles. Just put this cream under eye wrinkles. It is also ideal for mature skin but also for younger complexions as exposure to the sun and smoking can prematurely age the skin.
